Features a 1" stand-off plate to evaluate wood posts above concrete surfaces. Drain slots allow the anchors to shed water. "-TZ" following item number indicates Triple Zinc finish. "-GC" following item number indicates Gold Coat finish. Not recommended for fence posts or other non-top-supported applications. Not designed to resist overturning (moment) loads. Requires 16d nails for installation. Meets SBCCI, BOCA - NER 530, NER 608, ICBO 5700, ICBO 5379, FLA821, FLA822, SBCCI 2038A, L.A. City RR 25337, RR 25357 and DSA PA-076 codes.
