Features a 1" stand-off plate to evaluate wood posts above concrete surfaces. Drain slots allow the anchors to shed water. Triple zinc finish for ACQ pressure treated lumber. Not recommended for fence posts or other non-top-supported applications. Not designed to resist overturning (moment) loads. Requires 16d nails for installation. Meets SBCCI, BOCA - NER 530, NER 608, ICBO 5700, ICBO 5379, FLA821, FLA822, SBCCI 2038A, L.A. City RR 25337, RR 25357 and DSA PA-076 codes.
